How To
Develop
An
International
Football
Academy
School
Organization
-
The
academy
would be
aimed
for
children
between
8 and 18
years.
-
The
children
would
pay a
fee for
attending
to the
Academy.
-
IFA
would be
responsible
for the
sport
management
at the
Academy,
based on
similar
training
methods
and
systems
as those
currently
implemented
for the
education
and
training
of IFA
young
players
in
England.
-
IFA
would
define
the
maximum
number
of
players,
the
ages’
distribution
structure,
the
number
of teams
and the
training
schedule
according
to the
availability
of
pitches
and
facilities
at the
Academy.
-
It is
essential
that all
teams
within
the IFA
could
participate
in local
competitions
during
the
season
so that
the
monitoring
of their
evolution
is
tested
with
same age
youths.
The
training
methods
at the
Academy
would be
the same
as those
currently
implemented
for the
education
of IFA
young
players
in
England
